I am a student at SFSU taking DS 110
This material and it's accompanying software is an embarrassment to current education. It fails to keep up with current technology compared too technology available in the public domain. Pearson's customer service for this product is worse then the technology it's supporting, my professor mentioned in class that it took 30 days for all of the students to get enrolled and multiple emails exchanges with tech support. additionally it took 2 weeks for the book store to restock, this can't be pinned to Pearson but why not. AND THE PRICE! WHO DO THESE people THINK THEY ARE!
I recommend responsible educators to research and find a better educational solution.

The book was in fine condition, BUT THERE IS NO ACCESS CODE!!!!!!!
I wish I didn't need an access code, obviously, but I do and now I'm screwed until I buy an access code :(
