I have read various editions of this important text. This is an important update. The ultrasound addition is valuable. The chapter on diabetes in pregnancy, for example, is tremendous. IADPSG and HAPO are well explained. Thyroid chapter by Shala Nadar is as usual wonderful. VTE and thrombophila chapters are right up to date. Charlie Lockwood at his best.
