The "Rosie Project" by Graeme Simsion was a hilarious tale about a scientist who decides to search for love. All along his way questioning if it is possible and having funny encounters while dating. My reading group decided to use this book and so I bought the review hoping that the analysis would give us more to discuss. Though we all had fallen in love with the lead character Don, we did all feel that the women were a little too understanding. Obviously a huge fight and ending of the relationship wouldn't have been desirable to the reader but the secret being revealed did seemed somewhat anti climactic. The review also talked about how references are made to Don having Asperger's syndrome. I appreciated that being included since I had picked up on some of the behaviors that seemed like they belonged to someone that had a disorder along the autism spectrum. It is clear that the writer did a thorough job reading and analyzing this book and the insight was definitely appreciated by myself and my reading group.

I really enjoyed this review, it helped me understand the book allot better and get a whole new perspective on the characters,Don Tillman is a geneticist looking for love but has given up on finding it the traditional way, he launches the wife project, and meets Rosie, Their first date would surely have been their last were it not for one thing: Rosie is looking for her biological father.Don is qualified to assist Rosie with her search, and a friendship forms as the two travel from Melbourne to New York, sneaking DNA samples while falling in love. I like how the author tells Dons story in the first person so you can fully be brought into his world. I would recommenced this review if your trying to find out if this book is for you or if you've read the boo and just want another perspective,
