I just received my copy of this book and I am half way through it and have already learned so much valuable information on feeding my family. If we all fed our kids this way we would have the healthiest generation to come instead of a generation with obesity, cancer, heart disease and diabetes.
I would reccomend this book to everyone, not just parents. The recipes are not only for kids and the information Maria provides about nutrtion is a huge bonus. I wish I had this book when my children were born.
I cannot wait to read the rest of the book and begin trying every recipe.

This is a great low carb cookbook. I'm glad I bought it. The editing, however, is awful. Sometimes sentences are completely cut off. Ingredients are not listed in the ingredient list and then are only mentioned in the instruction section (without giving the amount needed). This is confusing.
Last point: I have bought three of Maria's books, and it's irritating to be reading verbatim information/ dietary advice in each book.
Maria is a great nutritionist. The books need better editing, though. (At least on the Kindle version.)
