As a marriage and family therapist, I will recommend this book for my clients who are wanting to improve their diets. I liked the assessment. I question Michelle's viewpoints concerning coffee and soy products. Overall, this was a well written book that held my attention and it motivated me to change some habits. I don't think the title does justice to the integrity of the book. I most enjoyed reading about the amazing chemistry of our bodies.
