I purchased your book after seeing you on Dr. Oz last week and, after fully reading it, I really believe it will help me to obtain thinner thighs along with a healthy diet. I have seen both sides of the thigh debate LOL. I was a size 2-4 before pregnancy and, personally, my thighs were still muscular and I had to purchase pants 1-2 sizes larger because of my thighs. I am currently on a Mediterranean-based plan with reduced portions and limited calories and getting great results. I believe that by implementing 8-10 suggestions you have in your book (especially exercising right before eating-can see the results already!), I will be a healthy weight with thighs I will be happy with. Good luck to you and I hope many other women will read the book prior to stating an opinion and learn that you do not encourage starving or exercising until you drop to achieve the body you want. She has some really good information in this book and good tips.She does not promote anorexia, she promotes body sculpting, the way you want your body to look.Some of her tips like working out before you eat do work, and I used that principle many years ago when I found it worked to promote weight loss for me. With so many people being overweight in this country, you do not have to eat so much all the time!!! Good read and I am going to apply some of her principles.
