This text is a good overview of business technology. I would, however, recommend more frequent revisions due to the fact that IT changes so quickly. It is somewhat verbose and duplicates to some degree the text Electronic Commerce 10th edition, 2013.

The concepts are just above basic but facts are pretty dated. The organization of the book is good and the exercises are also challenging.
