I figure this is a good place to state that there is a large missing section of this manual between chapters 16 and 17. I found this out unfortunately late in my exam review period (the week before the PE exam). Good thing I had additional notes for that material from a prep class I took. It's upwards of 50 pages of missing information.
Otherwise, it's a fairly comprehensive and well organized manual for study
